Privacy Policy

Spare Loops is made by Adeptware, Inc. It's built to keep your information on your device and nowhere else.
What the app collects
Nothing. The Spare Loops app doesn't collect, store, or share any personal information. There are no accounts, analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking tools in the app.
Where your chores are stored
The loops and chores you create are saved on your iPhone. If you're signed in to iCloud, they're also synced to your own private iCloud storage, so they come back if you get a new phone or reinstall the app, and stay in sync on any other iPhone signed in to the same Apple Account.
That iCloud storage belongs to you and is managed by Apple under Apple's privacy policy. We can't see, access, or download it. To stop syncing, turn off iCloud for Spare Loops in the Settings app.
Reminders
If you turn on the daily nudge, the reminder is created and delivered entirely on your iPhone. No notification data goes through our servers. We don't have any.
Widgets and Siri
Widgets and Siri read your loops from the same storage on your iPhone. When you ask Siri about a chore, Apple handles the speech request under Apple's privacy policy; Spare Loops itself doesn't receive or keep any recordings.
Device backups
If you use iCloud Backup or back up your iPhone to a computer, your Spare Loops data may be included in that backup, the same as other app data. Those backups are handled by Apple under Apple's privacy policy, not by us.
Beta sign-ups on this website
If you request a beta invite on this website, we store the email address and optional first name you enter, whether you asked for occasional updates, and when you signed up. We use this only to send you a TestFlight invite and, if you opted in, occasional news about Spare Loops. We don't sell or share it, and we don't add any tracking to this website.
The list is kept in a database hosted by Supabase on our behalf. To be removed, reply to any email we send you and we'll delete your details.
Children
Spare Loops doesn't collect information from anyone, including children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update it on this page and change the date above.
